Common questions.

Do I need to join the org?
Nope. Hop into our Discord and say hello. Fly with us, see if it fits. No pledge minimum, no skill check, no application form. Join the org when you're ready — or don't. Either way, you're welcome.
I'm new to Star Citizen, can I join?
Absolutely. We've got members who'll walk you through your first steps and experienced pilots who'll show you the ropes. Star Citizen has a steep learning curve, but it's a lot less steep with friends.
What gameplay do you cover?
A bit of everything — mining, salvage, cargo, combat, bounties, capital-ship crews, crafting, events. We don't actively run piracy, but we welcome all types. Just don't expect a pirate-themed Town Hall.
Where are your members from?
Primarily NA timezones, English-speaking, but we've got members from all over. If English is your second language, don't sweat it.
What makes IER different?
We're actually organized. Constitution, elections, our own tools, our own events. Most orgs are a Discord with dreams. We're a Discord with a Supreme Court and a command center we built ourselves.
